Key Features
-
Industrial-Grade Resiliency: Manufactured from high-tensile, heat-treated structural alloy steel to ensure maximum tension memory and fatigue resistance under continuous extreme engine temperatures.
-
Vibration and Leak Prevention: Engineered to provide consistent clamping force across the exhaust joints, absorbing heavy trail vibrations and preventing exhaust gas leaks to maintain optimal engine backpressure.
-
Precision Factory Match: Designed as a direct drop-in replacement that aligns perfectly with original manufacturing tolerances, making installation straightforward without requiring modifications.
Crucial Fitment & Compatibility Notice
Please Read Before Purchasing: To ensure proper installation and exhaust system sealing, please verify your UTV's exact chassis configuration, engine displacement, and model year.
-
Pre-Purchase Check: Always perform a visual inspection of your existing factory hardware against our product imagery and cross-reference your service manual prior to completing your purchase.

Important Mechanical & Installation Notes
-
Engine Cooldown Required: Do not attempt to inspect or replace exhaust components immediately after operation. Ensure the engine and entire exhaust system have cooled completely to room temperature to prevent severe burn injuries.
-
Use Proper Safety Gear: Exhaust springs operate under high mechanical tension. Always wear protective safety glasses and use a specialized exhaust spring puller tool during installation to prevent slipping and accidental injury.
-
Inspect Flange Surface: Before securing the new hardware, clean any built-up carbon deposits or debris from the exhaust pipe mating flanges to ensure a perfectly flush and airtight seal.
The only problem I have this purchase was supposed to include the mounting boats and they were not in the box. A plastic bag empty was obviously must’ve come out during shipping.
