1. Return & Exchange Period

About Returns

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase in new/unused condition.

- Return Criteria:
Authorized returns must be unused and in pristine condition, including all items and components in their original packaging. Returned merchandise must not have been disassembled, installed, modified, or damaged by incorrect installation or user operation. Returns will be refused if there are scratches or oil stains etc. on the product.

- About non-returnable products:
Non-returnable products include products with a non-returnable label on the packaging/product

Customized products

Products that have been modified/assembled,

Used products.


About Exchanges

The warranty period of the product is one year, if there is any problem with the product within one year, you can return it directly via contact us to discuss an exchange.


2. Return Process

    2.1 Request a return through the Return Center or your account.

       - You can choose one of these two methods, fill out the relevant form and we will receive your application.

- For compatibility issues or defective parts, you may need to provide some pictures of the product itself and a detailed description of the problem for further inspection.

- In some cases, specific products may not need to be returned, but we will include instructions on how to destroy or dispose of them.

      - Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

    2.2  Customer support team confirms. Return processing time is estimated to be 3-5 days Working days Time.

    2.3  Return the goods to LABWORK warehouse. 

- Once the return is approved, we will send the customer a pre-paid return shipping label and the customer can return the goods according to the instructions.

- We expect to review your returned parts within 20 days

    2.4 Refund. 

- Refunds will be made to your original payment account within three days.


3. Return of fees

For all return orders, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Return Address

The return address is indicated on the return label.


5. Other situations

- is not responsible for installation or labor costs, towing costs, additional repair costs, or rental car costs resulting from the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation.

- Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect all packaging for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged or incorrect parts, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or incorrect parts on all products after 60 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be handled through the shipping company.
