30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error. LABWORKAUTO.com will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure (below).

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please contact us asap or so we can assist you in processing a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 60 calendar days for all products, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

    Return product must in a brand-new condition. Return will be declined if any scratches or gasoline,Diesel oil etc. on products.
  • For compatibility issue or defective parts, you might need to provide with some pictures of item itself and a detailed description of problem for further inspection.
  • Return might not be required in some cases for some specific goods but we will affiliate with a instruction on how to destroy or dispose these products.

Non-returnable products are listed as below:

  • Marked with Non-returnable label on package/ product when you ordered it. Or we state it is a non-returnable item on purchase page.Custom products.
  • Already modified / assembled products.
  • Used products.

Easy Returns

In order to facilitate each customer's after-sales needs, we have set up a special return center entrance,

  • **Submit a return request using the Returns page** You can find the "Return Center" button at the bottom of the home page of the website and click to enter the after-sales interface. After filling in your order number and email address as required, you can apply for after-sales service according to your needs, and we will process the application for you as soon as we receive it.
  • **Submit a return request using your account** Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the Refund Policy or Returns page and request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the **email** field, enter your email address and click **Continue**. 2. In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. 3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. 2. Click on the order you want to submit for return. 3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return. 4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store to view. 5. Click on **Request a Return**. If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After returning the product, you will receive a refund.
