- To ensure faster and safer delivery, we choose FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL Ground/Air service. Shipping methods offered vary by product type and shipping destination.

- Standard Shipping:
Most in-stock products and orders will be shipped the same day or within 1 business day with a 3-5 day transit time.

- On customized or made-to-order product shipments:
Custom or made-to-order products may require fabrication, painting, embroidery, or assembly, so shipping times will vary.

- About shipping methods for oversized products:
Oversized products must be shipped by truck or LTL freight, which is different from other ground shipping methods.

Caution:
Please note that oversized products require inspection and signature services.

 

2. Scope of delivery and other info

- Delivery Area:
We only offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Overseas U.S. states and islands (e.g., Hawaiian Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.) are excluded from delivery.

- Important Notice:
"Free Shipping" only applies to orders within the continental United States. For more information or to make a specific inquiry, please contact our customer service team.
