How do I register?

Why should I create an account?

A LABWORKAUTO account makes shopping with us much easier. Allows you to: Check the status of your current order and keep track of previous orders. Contact Customer Service with questions, order update, and general assistance. Store your shipping and payment information to ease checking out process. Ask questions and/or write reviews about a product. By adding a product reviews, you can much more points. Add an item to “My Wish List” so that you can purchase in the future.

How do I place my order?

Ordering online from is easy! When viewing an item, simply select yours and quantity needed and then click ‘Add To Cart’. Then click the 'Check Out' button to fill out the order information to complete the purchase. Or you can click the "Buy It Now" button on the product page to go directly to the order information filling page

How do I view my order status? makes it easy for everyone to keep track of his/her account. 
 1.Sign into "My Account" and click on 'Order History' 
 2.In 'Order History', you will be able to view all your orders and current status of each ordered item.

 We will also send you a payment confirmation email after you have paid and an email upon delivery and arrival.

Can I change my shipping address/method after placing an order?

Yes. Please send an email to and we will try to have your delivery details changed. Please note that the packages that have already left our warehouse cannot be changed.

How do I use my credit card to check out?

Credit card checkout is powered by Paypal. After you fill out the order information will automatically jump, you can choose to pay by credit card.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To apply for refund or replacement, generally, we follow these 4 steps: 
1. Send your application to 
2. Receive return approval notice and the exact return address. 
3. Mail the merchandise back as well as attach the return number# to the outside of the box.
 4. Once the merchandise is received, your refund would be issued or a replacement shipped.
