Installation Note:

Installing a Master Cylinder Lever requires specialized expertise or persons. Please take the new parts to the Motorcycle repair shop or advised from the specialized persons.

The compression efficiency of the Air is larger than the brake fluid,So, if don't remove the Air from the Oil Hose or Master Cylinder, then you will feel holding NO pressure on the lever.

Here is How to install Lever as your reference :

1, Add Brake Fluid into the Reservoir, it Requires DOT-3 or DOT-4 fluid.

2, Check the Master Cylinder, Push the Piston in and out to remove the air.

3, Connected the Oil Hose, Air will enter the Lines and it must be removed. Hold and Relax the lever again and again,to push the air out.
