Clutch inspection and repair
When the electromagnetic clutch is found to have poor performance, the following maintenance shall be carried out:
(1) After disassembly and cleaning, check the surface of pressure plate and driving hub. If there is wear or deep groove that affects normal operation, repair or replace with new parts by machining
(2) Check the pulley bearing. If the wear exceeds the normal value, it cannot rotate smoothly or leaks oil, replace it with a new one
(3) Check the pulley shaft and clutch hub, and replace them if there are any defects affecting normal operation
(4) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the solenoid coil. If it is not within the allowable range specified in the manual, replace it
(5) When assembling the clutch hub after maintenance, the clearance between the clutch hub and the pulley should be adjusted with an adjusting shim. Note that the distance and clearance between the pulley and the clutch hub are different for different models
(6) When overhauling the assembled clutch, the engagement test should be repeated to check whether its working performance is normal

Note:
If your clutch hub is found defective, please replace it in time
