The 4F27E gearbox is mainly applicable to models: Fox, Mazda 323/Mazda 5, Mazda 6, etc.
4 f27e automatic transmission is an electronically controlled 4-speed transmission designed for front-wheel drive cars.
The transmission is currently installed on the 1.8 L and 2.0 L displacement Focus.
4 f27e means:
4 means 4 forward gears,
F means front-wheel drive,
27 means the maximum input torque is 365Nm,
E stands for electronic control.
The control valve body is divided into three parts: upper valve body, middle valve body and lower valve body.
The lower valve body includes six solenoid valves.
The 6 solenoid valves are divided into three types:
Switch type, duty cycle type, electronic pressure control type (EPC).

Failure analysis:
The gearbox skips or cannot up/down
When the vehicle enters a certain gear, the vehicle speed is too high,
When there is a sharp sense of frustration, the vehicle crosses one gear and enters the next gear.
The problem of gear skipping is easy to detect when the vehicle is driving at high speed.
And jumps mostly occur between 3-5 blocks,
It shows that the vehicle gearbox has serious mechanical failure and needs to be repaired immediately.
It may be caused by poor contact of the shift solenoid valve.

A prepaid shipping label will be issued for all returns due to warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
