Installation Instructions

1. Select the correct die for the pipe diameter.
2. Apply the included grease to the expansion threads before use.
3. Secure the exhaust pipe and make sure the work area is stable.
4. Position the expander inside the pipe.
5. Operate the hydraulic pump gradually to expand the pipe.
6. Stop when the required fit is achieved; do not overload the tool.
7. Release hydraulic pressure and remove the expander carefully.

• Support raised vehicles with axle stands or ramps and wheel chocks.
• Wear suitable protective clothing and eye protection.

Overloading may cause lead-screw stretching, stripped threads, pipe deformation, or hydraulic-pump failure. Support raised vehicles securely with axle stands or ramps and wheel chocks.
