Important Mechanical & Installation Notes

• Single-Acting & Motor Adaptation: This valve assembly can be utilized to operate a motor or a single-acting cylinder system. To do so, an additional #10 SAE port plug must be purchased and installed into the corresponding circuit.

• Clean the Hydraulic Lines: Ensure that the entire hydraulic fluid system is flushed and clear of metal filings or contamination prior to plumbing this valve. Fine debris can damage the precision-ground surfaces of the spools.

• Professional Calibration Recommended: Working with high-pressure fluid power systems requires strict attention to pressure limits. Adjusting the relief valve setting should be done with an inline pressure gauge. Professional installation is highly advised.
